This report represents the Options Development stage of the masterplan and also includes the findings from the consultations carried out from this phase of the project. This stage identifies a series of emerging masterplan options which have been developed, ranging from Option 1- Minimum Interventions; Option 2 – Medium Interventions; and Option 3 – Maximum Interventions. The consultation findings summarise a number of consultation events which were carried out during this stage of the masterplan to obtain the views of both local residents, businesses and local stakeholders. The information obtained from the consultations have helped to ensure that the numerous issues relating to the proposed options are fully understood before the Draft Masterplan is developed.

This report sets out the key events and findings from the consultations carried out for the Options Development stage of the Dunstable Town Centre Masterplan process.
