The work of conservation area review, and the Appraisal document which reports the findings of the review, are part of a programme of conservation area reviews being undertaken by Central Bedfordshire Council in support of the continued development of the joint Luton and Southern Bedfordshire Local Development Framework (LDF), and will ensure that the special interest and character of our designated conservation areas are properly understood and respected during the planning of future local growth.
