For this commission EDAW has assembled a leading multi-disciplinary team comprising principal practitioners from financial management, procurement and delivery, valuation, project management, regeneration, urban design, planning and transport backgrounds.

• EDAW (Lead Consultant) will provide the planning, design, economic strategy, environmental sustainability advice and project management, supported by the specialist skills of our sub-consultants
• King Sturge have unrivalled knowledge of the local socio-economic context, local property markets, the development pipeline and the delivery process
• Architectural History Practice are conservation architects will provide conservation advice and undertake the heritage appraisal;
• Faber Maunsell will provide transport and environmental engineering; also considering access and movement issues.
